Prenatal Treatment
Prenatal massage is very similar to a regular massage such as a Swedish massage, although, I adopt the treatment to be suitable for pregnant woman with specific oils that is not harmful for the expecting mother or her baby. Prenatal massage helps with tired and sore muscles, tight spots and improved circulation and mobility.

Couple’s Massage
Couple package ( 2 massage bed set up ) treatment received by 1 therapist -Sofia *Consultation will be done separately if needed * while the 1 first client will be receiving the second client will have crystals healing during this time or can choose to just relax . Each sessions customized and will be planned according to the clients needs after consultation.
Head Massage
This holistic treatment has various health benefits, including the release of tension in the neck, head, and scalp, as well as rebalancing the body and mind. During a reflexology treatment, I focus on stimulating and opening the reflex points in your hands and feet to rebalance your body and mind.

My journey as a therapist and holistic adviser started when I was very young. Through the years, and through various up-and-downs in my own life, I have gone through the good and bad just as you have. I have extensive knowledge of what it feels like to be stressed, to feel like you are only earning a living and not thriving as a human being.
When you come to me for a treatment, I know how you feel and where your emotions are coming from. My treatment approach is not to have you come and go, pay me for the treatment, and enjoy the benefits of a massage for a couple of days. Oh no!
